Jonathan Cotterill-Bolsover, Cert SocSci (Open) - Company Director & Physical Education Manager
Jonathan comes with a great deal of experience within 2 specific areas. Currently working towards a level 3 accreditation in Supporting Physical Education and Sports in Schools (PESS), a new qualification through his membership of AfPE, Jonathan has been working in schools for the last few years delivering PE programmes and extra-curricular activities including specialist target groups. Jonathan holds several coaching qualifications in various sports such as Football, Fencing, Archery, Boccia, Goalball, Dodgeball, Tchouckball and Rounders.
He is also trained in the Social Sciences and has extensive experience in the Social Care sector, in particular the looked after children area of social work. He has brought this experience into the work and services that the company offers.
James Swallow-Gaunt, AIFL (Associate of the Institute for Learning) - Intervention Services Manager.
James brings specific skills to our company, mainly through his time served in the British Army where he served as a paratrooper. James brings an element of discipline and focus through his intervention programmes and has worked on projects such as the re-engagement of KS3 & 4 students back into education via uniformed services experience. James also has a high level training background and is trained to level 3 assessor, he worked within the training and motor paint body workshop industry where he also trained young disengaged students back into the education environment. He has a background working particularly with autism and ADHD
James prides himself on his successful fencing background where he took fencing for the British Army through to delivering highly successful community programmes in primary schools delivering to over 7000 children to date.
Bev Scott, BA (Honours) English Literary Theory and Media Studies - Disability Specialist
Bev has an extensive background in disability support services and a huge knowledge of the disability care industry, she will be heading up our programmes within this area and creating bespoke programmes of support and physical activity events that will be specific to the client.
She also has a strong dance background and will amalgamate this into her projects as well as extending this out over the next year across other educational and community client bases.
Katrina-Louise Cotterill-Bolsover , BA (Honours) Primary Education (QTS)
Katrina is our qualified teacher and has extensive experience in the primary sector of teaching, choosing over the last few years to specialise in the early years as an Foundation Stage Leader.
Katrina has experience in many areas after being charged with the roles of SEN Co-ordination and Lead Child Safeguarding Officer within her previous school appointments.
Throughout her career she has held specialist roles involving looked after children and young people at risk of offending ensuring she has a useful portfolio of experience and skills to work within the most diverse circumstances.
